By purchasing a parking pass for TCP Country Fest 2026, all drivers and passengers agree to the following terms and conditions.
Parking Information

Parking admittance will begin from 1:15pm on Saturday 18 July 2026.

Vehicles must follow all steward instructions, signage, traffic management measures, cones, and barriers at all times.

Event stewards will be present throughout the day to assist with traffic flow and help ensure the safety of attendees and vehicles.

Drop off/ Pick up will be located in general parking.
Overnight Parking

No vehicles are permitted to remain on the racecourse overnight.

All vehicles must be removed from the parking area following the event.

Please note that no access will be permitted the following day to retrieve vehicles left on site.
Vehicle & Personal Property

Vehicles and personal belongings are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

The Teignbridge Community Project CIC accepts no responsibility for:

Loss or damage to vehicles

Theft of vehicles or belongings

Accidents, fire, weather damage, or vandalism

Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is locked and secured at all times.
Accessible Parking

Accessible parking will be located on a separate site closer to the festival entrance.

Accessible parking spaces will be available to book separately shortly.

General

Parking spaces are limited and subject to availability.

The organiser reserves the right to amend parking arrangements where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

By attending, all visitors agree to comply with steward instructions and event safety procedures.
