By purchasing a parking pass for TCP Country Fest 2026, all drivers and passengers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Parking Information​

• Parking admittance will begin from 1:15pm on Saturday 18 July 2026.

• Vehicles must follow all steward instructions, signage, traffic management measures, cones, and barriers at all times.

• Event stewards will be present throughout the day to assist with traffic flow and help ensure the safety of attendees and vehicles.

• Drop off/ Pick up will be located in general parking. 

 

Overnight Parking

• No vehicles are permitted to remain on the racecourse overnight.

• All vehicles must be removed from the parking area following the event.

• Please note that no access will be permitted the following day to retrieve vehicles left on site.

 

Vehicle & Personal Property

• Vehicles and personal belongings are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

• The Teignbridge Community Project CIC accepts no responsibility for:

  • Loss or damage to vehicles

  • Theft of vehicles or belongings

  • Accidents, fire, weather damage, or vandalism

• Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is locked and secured at all times.

 

Accessible Parking

• Accessible parking will be located on a separate site closer to the festival entrance.

• Accessible parking spaces will be available to book separately shortly.

• Further information will be released via official festival channels.

 

General

• Parking spaces are limited and subject to availability.

• The organiser reserves the right to amend parking arrangements where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

• By attending, all visitors agree to comply with steward instructions and event safety procedures.
